Camp Beaver Lake is about to be shut down by the local authorities, and Max, the owner, has no choice but to sell the place. Walter, a nerdy executive for Japanese company, is sent to good real estate investment. His frustrated wife, convinces him to take her along for the ride. Little do they know, that it is really a camp where anything goes.
